Merry Christmas Everyone!

It's Christmas Eve and, as you can imagine, I am at the last minute with most things, like defrosting the turkey for tomorrow.....   it's still as hard as the proverbial rock.  A few hours under cold, running water should do the trick though.  In the midst of the hustle and bustle, however, I wanted to take a few minutes while I had my morning cuppa to wish all of you
