It's a Wrap!

Stick a fork in us - we're done!  Can you believe we taped 13 half hour shows in 4 days!  From the smiling faces in the photos it looks like fun, but 6am wake-up calls and 10+ hour days are not everyone's ideal recipe for a fun day.  I really enjoy what I do, but I have to admit it's a lot of prep work beforehand and long days at the studio.  The fun part is definitely working with the guests who come to share their wonderful and creative ideas, so it's always worth it, whatever it takes.

Everyone will love this series.  It's a great mix of returning guests and new ones, scrapbook pages, paper art and mixed media.  Something for everyone. I love the creativity of it all and always leave with new ideas, some of which I'll be sharing with you over the next few months or so.  Here are more photos from the studio, but you'll have to wait till the shows start to air to see the projects!

and finally here's Tonya Lutz from Faber Castell, Design, Memory, Craft
getting ready to join me on the set to share Gellato techniques.

I hope you've enjoyed this behind the scenes look at how the Scrapbook Soup TV show comes together.  This new series will start to air this summer.  I'll keep you posted on the exact date.  In the meantime, you can watch all the shows from series 100 on our website.  We're airing one show per week, 24 hours per day.  Enjoy!  Ya'll come back now.......

Yours truly,
Julie :)
